The monograph contains the following statement: "Given the primary CNS effects of aripiprazole, caution should be used when ABILIFY is taken in combination with other centrally acting drugs and alcohol. " Hard to say if there's anything particular about this drug/alcohol combination to be concerned about, or if this is just a standard precautionary statement. If you're going to drink, it'd probably be best to have one, and pay attention to what happens. Moderation, blah, blah.
