I hope that you found a safe release of the anger that you have pent up inside. Holding the intense emotions inside can build up a lot of self-hate and feelings of worthlessness.
I'd recommend letting your emotions out in healthy ways: exercise, writing, hitting pillows, dancing, painting, etc. I especially recommend writing about it in a journal. You can choose to share your journal writings, or keep them to yourself. The point is that you got it out of your mind, but you can also refer back to it when you're ready to do so. In my experience, it's a lot better than repressing...then having to deal with little clips of memory that bring up intense emotions.
Take a few slow, deep breaths. Things will get better with time. Just work on getting through this tough moment and then move on.
