Hello, I used Zyban to quit, but since I am on citalopram, I can't have it. Also I used to see a tutor, but she is in another town, about 120 miles away from here, and I don't know if they do the same here, where I am now, but I will find it out.

I also did lot of thinking before and was very focused on quitting cigarette. I was very strong. Now I am a bit more relaxed that is why I thought I can have one cigarette...
