I find exercise helps my mood. I have dogs so I go hiking with them every day and I make sure they are energetic hikes up hills and things. I also do some trail running. These are things I enjoy, and that is key! I think the success of any exercise program depends on the person actually getting some enjoyment out of it!! Is there any exercise you enjoy that you could commit to doing on a regular basis?
Another thing that comes to mind is daily meditation practice. It might be helpful to do a class to help get you started.
