Thanks so far so good, except I ended up in the hospital for 4 days with a partical bowel obstruction. Nothing by mouth

Now I'm back rethinking all the choices to be sure I'm getting more than average fiber. The whole point of the program is to teach us what we as individuals need, so I'll have some good questions on our next months meeting.
