In October I got a new supervisor. I really don't like him and I miss my old supervisor. My old supervisor just left me alone to do my work and I work best in that environment. My new supervisor feels the need to "mentor" me which equates to him talking to me wayyyyy too much. He is also very arrogant and condescending. I don't think this is done purposely, but I just don't think he realizes how he comes across to others. About 95% of the Inspectors don't like him, so I'm certainly not the only one, but I have the extra stress of dealing with BP and a crappy supervisor and I'm scared I'm going to snap.

I know I'm not going to change him and the only thing I have control over is how I react. I would appreciate any suggestions on how to deal with this.
