SOmetimes, when i have had to work with supervisors like that , I treat them like they walk on water when they come in and start in on me then do what i need to do when they leave. )t's terrible, I know, but I figure they don't have the ego strength to handle a subordinate with a brain, so I don't bait them, not that you would. It's just they usually don't need much to set them off. Good luck, dear, that's not easy.
