I, too, get very, very depressed, but, invariably, my mood will go back up again and the depression will lift, just as it will for you eventually. Our thinking is distorted when we are depressed, and our options seem very limited, but our perceptions when very depressed are not reality, so it's important to not make any final decisions until we are in a better mood and frame of mind.
