So I am waiting for someone from the CPN service to call me about my appointment and the fact that I have had no support. I was told last Friday that she was on holiday till last Tuesday. I passed on the times when I could be contacted. So far, nothing. Not even an attempt to contact me, either at home or at work. Tomorrow morning is my biggest window of availability. I have emailed the person who is dealing with my complaint to let him know I have heard nothing. I hope that might prompt someone into trying to call me. But then again, maybe I am worthless? They are certainly making me feel that way.
