Sure the officer had the right to stop her vehicle but he doesn't have the right to make judgement calls about her medication or make snide comments about her friends or the choice of friends.

He definately over the line - I mean you're the parents not the other way around. If I were you, I would call and complain about that officer. He should have praised your daughter for being the DD. Wasn't he supposed to make a report about the bumper??
