Well done on stopping - the first few days of not using / drinking can be really hard. I'm another one who would recommend AA. I've been in and out of AA since 05, I've kept relapsing but I keep going back to AA and they're always happy to see me and welcome me back. It'll be 4 months sober for me on Nov. 6.
