So sorry it has taken me this long to repy. Yes indeed posting was a very scary
thing to do, it was a fear and now I have done it and it doesn't feel quite as scary.
Thank you for sharing your shower story, it helped me realize that someone else
had a similar experience. I am working on it and it is getting easier but still not
something I jump up and down excited about, but I am getting there.
