Thank you everyone. I called the landlord today well, the snotty lady in the office and she was rude. "I am sick of you guys arguing. I am not going to listen to it anymore." Apparently she is going to let the owner call me. I told her I wasn't paying my deposit again. I shouldnt have to.

If it doesn't work out I will elt him know he can do the right thing otherwise I would be more than happy to take him to small claims court and that well cost him close to double and it will be collected because i will garnish his wages.

and when his unemployment check comes in the mail, i think i will put return to sender on it. To heck with him.
