I can understand why this would scare you. I think it is cause for concern.

I would write as much as I could down for the Dr. of the signs and symptoms. Also for you to be able to track the days and events. In my opinion it sounds a bit much to be "normal" but a professional could tell you more.

A nurse practitioner is as far as I know kind of half way between a nurse and a Dr. I think they are often more focused and in depth because of their position but that is just my experience. I suppose it depends on the person like any thing else.
