. Is it just a vague feeling of fear you're feeling, or are you afraid you might be depressed? See if you can't get out a little bit. The more time goes, the harder it gets, and you don't want it to get to the point that you can't when you want to. That and getting out some ususally helps people feel a little bit better, because the body needs the excersize and the fresh air. Hope you start feeling better soon. Huggs!
