Well, no phone call today so at lunch time I tried phoning her. Turns out she is on a course. I learnt a lot actually, including that they have closed my case and that the reason for not referring me for psychotherapy is that they no longer offer this to patients with certain conditions as it takes too long! However, I spoke to someone who seemed helpful. She suggested the dramatherapy and my response was, as at my assessment, "No!", but she said that it is actually not just drama therapy it is psychodynamic therapy and can be art or writing or role play or drama etc. The writing is possible for me. She offered to present my case at the next team meeting she is attending, which will be in about 10 days.
Nonetheless, I have now moved on a stage. I'm so tired of being messed around (there was a lot more I found out which was not positive) that I have decided to make a formal complaint rather than continuing with this informal one where I seem to be getting nowhere.

Very drained tonight - tired, weepy. Had to go out of school at lunchtime and walk off some of my anxiety. It helped a bit. I need to get this sorted and out of my school life. I'm functioning only by putting the lid on all my emotions at work.
