Big hugs from me too. I don't have any miraculous advice to offer other than keeping calm, being kind to yourself and always remember that at any given time we do our best..Good luck with your papers, it is very hard to do any mental work when feeling like that but don't underestimate what the brain can do even when it seems it's not working anymore! Trust that you'll have your work done despite the obstacles
Oh also, I would suggest to be in contact with people and do something relaxing and enjoyable even if it is only for an hour per day or so, it will give you a bit of strength and help you not lose perspective..
