Thank goodness you survived the seroguel overdose. You have thought of a lot of good ideas. The other that have answered your post have also come up with so great ideas too. I don't think I can add any helpful information.

I underwent 5 month's of ECT treatments. During the treatments head aches and being sleepy after the treatment were the most prominent side effects. So finding ways to minimize these types of effects are the important part.
