I do have some answers since I've been thinking a lot about solutions lately.
I think you need to surround yourself with people who love you. Sometimes this is hard to find because finding love in any form (romance, friendship etc.) is difficult. But the first thing you can do is start spending more time with those that do care for you. Even if it's just one person. Then think of things you can do to make that persons life better.
