I Can agree with you there. I do a raw food diet works beautifully. I do eat very little amounts throught the day and i stay happy or i will juice up some greens and sip on that i'm big on drinking foods because eating solids can sometimes trigger bad thoughts if i'm in a horrible self image mood. not trying to make suggestions i know sometimes people just need to vent but this is what helps keep my stomache happy and my weight down. I started the diet for other medicle reasons i have but have found it helps me. when i eat regualr food i get moody and dont want anyone around me or to touch me. i don't get that way when i eat my nuts and veggies
