I had a really weird dream last night.

I was in bed (asleep) and heard someone out my window. i had nets on my window so i looked up and saw a man staring back at me.

All of a sudden he smashed the window and came into the house.

I woke up (in real life) in a massive panic and was crying and trying to scream.

Am i just paranoid? or is this just a very common dream?
