You should speak to the Dean about this professor because the professor is not doing his job. Even if the professor has some personal issues or health issues that are keeping him from class, cancelling class repeatedly should not be an option. He should at least find a substitute to teach for him. Go complain and get what you are paying for!!! And obviously, try to avoid signing up for any more classes with that prof.
