I am at the moment on 100mg of sertraline an 4 mg of ativan, ativan down from a 12 mg a day addiction. The problem is 100mg sertraline is my theraputic dose but its starting to fail , but if i go t to 150mg all hell breakes loose with side effects..If the 100mg is failing would it be cool to go down to 50mg as a test run. Im fast running out of ssri,s an sertraline has been the best. The problem is i dont no if its to much now or not enough. If its not enough i an nuked as i carnt go into side effects an no results. Snri,s are the kiss of death for me. Lexapro is the only ssri i havent tried an in england its not generic so they give you celexa an that kills my sex life. Do you think a drop in the sertraline may work or not. an is it worth a try.
