The definition of being human, is that yes, we make mistakes, aren't perfect

I have grown to be accepting of my diagnosis because of all the beauty I have found at this site, from others who are so loving, encouraging, and insightful as they reach out to help others who also have an illness...that its' not the end of the world...perhaps the beginning of getting the help we need, the help we deserve Everyone needs help, and everyone has some degree of mental illness

Looks like you need to put YOU first, be a little assertive, and stand up for what you need..
