i saw a young shrink monday fresh out of med school , you see in england you dont have your own shrink you see whoever is on duty. All they have is the NHS book of meds , if it anit in that you dont get it, an most are generic.Your gp is cooler than the p doc,s, at least he has 20 minutes with you not 10 like the mental unit. Im not going up on the med as i wont get any benifit only more side effects, i just wondered if anyone has gone lower an not relapsed. This is a 30 year illness an i no all the meds an been on most, % 70 is the most you gain, on any if you hit that stick with it. You carnt even tapper meds in england they want you to wash out from ssri to ssri so i just keep some back an straight tapper myself no side effects or start up prob,s. So the is no point asking a p doc , thats why i thought someone may have tried a lower dose ,an leveled out.
