It's so easy to become frustrated when things don't work like you think they might.  I know.
Have you tried "just" clicking on the PHOTOS on the task bar at the top of this page? Click upload photos?
I'll go check on the security token info... if I can find it. 
bak... I don't see "EDIT" pics and albums.... but whenever I try to do something with that link, unless I already have an album, I don't get anywhere. (And even have some other member's photos in mine so  )
You have to have the photos already on the internet. Some use photobucket to upload to and then link to... I just upload mine into the gallery here, and link from there.
Is this any help?
(I don't see how the security token issue, unless it's something you have on your computer to keep photos off, would register. )
