Hey there. I'm glad you feel good, but the five days w/o sleep worries me. It sounds like your rapid cycling your moods. Be aware of how you are sleeping, eating, etc....if you sense a crash coming, try to divert it before it gets really bad.
It's possible that you are just getting out of the depression and indeed just having a good mood, too, though. The key is just maintaining as much as possible to avoid a crash.
