Agree with the others about the sleep thing, but would also say that, yes, but even if it is usually the situation of climbing slowly and falling rapidly, it doesn't always necessarily go that way. I'm glad that you were able to deal sucessfully with the difficult customer -- kudos to you... it's something I've always had a hard time with (and working many jobs with the public over... well, let's not say how many years, I know how hard that can be... ) You know, and maybe this is not related, but just last week was thinking about how what mode we are in can sooooo affect our reactions to triggers. When up, most are easier to handle, but when down.... hooboy... the slightest thing...
Big thing, like ladyjrnlist said, is diverting it if a crash starts. In the meanwhile, I'm glad you're feeling good!
