Hi, I would like to know how I can wake up. I work night shift yet sleep and adequate eight to ten hours per day yet am still bone jarringly tired all the time. Please dont tell me to exercise as that is part of the problem. Between depression and a heart problem and just a feeling of overwhelming despair when I try to even go out for groceries I dont know what to do.
I am being driven crazy knowing what I have to do and yet being unable to physically make myself do it. How do I invigorate myself when I feel like *crap*
