Hi hopefully! It's good to see you here! I have a lot of anxiety issues too. Have you tried things like regular exercise or any kind of relaxation techniques?
In addition to therapy and medication, I do find it helpful to exercise every day. And I also practice daily meditation (even if it's just for a few minutes). It's also really important for me to try and keep busy. Having too much time to think (= worry!!!) is not good for my anxiety!!
