I think it might have to do with oil/low fat diets. We need a goodly amount of goodly fat

in our diets and I think some people think all fat is bad and try to get rid of as much as they can, regardless of where it's from/what it is, etc. Ask me about constipation and fiber, go ahead, LOL!
