I've spent most of this afternoon working on a step four and I have a meeting with my sponsor next Sat. afternoon to go over it and do a step 5. I've found it hard but good. It's amazing the number of old resentments and other crap that I've been carrying around for years. I just want to get rid of it. I can tell you it's not a pretty picture.
