It is a story, and everyone story is diffrent. While, yes it is a real story it does not mean that eveything in it is true. For me... I am not in healing... I am in living.... not healing not yet... it is hard to exsplain.
But yes the book is realistic, but I can promise you your story is going to be very very diffrent but with simalaritys, because everyones story not only with DID is very diffrent.
