I still haven't adjusted. I haven't even tried to help Caleb adjust (he gets more cookies...one each normal nite nite hour )

I'm dragging by 6pm. I truly don't recall it being so dark so early. Ok... no moon that might be the reason. Yeah, it's like time for bed? I haven't even watched any tv yet! Nothing but news on right then... and now it's 8:15pm EST and I'm drained. Whew. Like I worked all day (and I don't work.)

Wonder why my system is so ...wait for it, current fad word: dysregulated!
