My system is finally starting to work better. I'm up to about 30 grams of fiber a day!
I bought the healthy version of popcorn last week. Ididn't dare to eat any until my

colon was feeling up to it though.
I think this week will be a good time for me to give it a try. I think I got the one that comes in the pre measured 100 calorie bags. I'm also drinking lots more water
