The white beans chili was yummy for dinner last night! Full of fiber and good stuff! Now I have 3 more of the 4-cup size Ziplocks in my freezer for future use. No excuses to not have Healthy Soups for lunch or dinner now.
Today I ironed my DH pants and a shirt. I put the wet laundry in the dryer and will do more washing in a minute. House work to be done and a walk around noon before it starts to rain. I think I'll walk the 3

miles to and from McDonald's again. I need to keep moving. Depending on how cool it is, I'll either buy a coffee, diet coke or maybe a hot chocolate.


I have 6 more pounds to loose before I'm at my goal weight. Then I can schedule my massage.
