Thanks all.
It went well. I mentioned that I had been dissociating more (losing time, one of my littles was coming out) and that I thought it might be due to what is going on in therapy and he agreed that could be it. It was easier to mention than I thought it would be. I just stated that I had been dissociating more and he said, "Oh, tell me more". So, it was easy!
