Now I am not the primary Thanksgiving cook I am expected to bring a vegetable platter or rolls or *green gunk or green bean casserole.

I don't know what it is about green jello. My mom always made green jello with graded carrot, pine apple tidbits, celery with a dollop of mayo on the top. My bother in law would always give my mom a bad time about it. It was entertaining how much humor he could get out of it.
If anyone has a recipe to share a recipe on Green Gunk I would love to hear it.

*Green gunk is a jello salad (usually green) with whip cream and other ingredients. It is really too sweet for the meal but like sweet potatoes with marshmallow who cares.

Everyone has a different recipe for green gunk so I would like to hear yours.
