I'm still on a high but its kind of stabilised now and i feel fairly normal, so thats good.
Spoke to my Pdoc today, 2 of them, and before i go on quetiapine me and Sharon the lady with my pdoc are going to go to Kickboxing together, to try and help me get into a healthy routine before i go on Quetiapine.
So all in all went well.
