thats what i thought! If i can go regularly, it will help with so many things.
1. Lose weight,
2. exercise releases happy endorphins
3. meet new people
4. get into a routine,
5. relieve stress.
6. instead of punching walls or myself in some cases i wil have a healthier outlet for all that!
