I"ve been smoking Marlboro lights since I was a teenager- about 3/4 pack a day. I've quit several times, like when I was pregnant and in the hospital when I had a nervous break down. However I always started up again. Today I bought the E-cigarette- electronic cigarette with several boxes of cartridges. These last much longer than a pack does, & they cost a lot less, too. My goal is to stop smoking altogether by the start of the year. I only smoked 2 real cigarettes today & have found that the E-cig is helping that need to have something in one's hand and gives just nicotine with none of the other bad chemicals or stinky smoke. I believe that this can really help me to finally get rid of smoking. Don't say just use your will power because it hasn't worked for me yet after decades of quitting and then starting again. If all else fails, I'd rather use the E-cig than use the tobacco ones. Also I recently started wellbutrin for my depression, and it's supposed to help curb the need for smoking. Wish me luck, and for those of you who smoke, I'd say give this new option a try.
