Wow, rndalee... this really does sound like how I am right now!! Except I don't have the panic attacks, but the other stuff is the same, yes. I too am wondering if it's worth it/ if I should/ waiting until I get the courage to go to the dr... until then , life is very confusing. Feel free to PM (private message) me, ok?
