hi jexa,

what about being mindful while you're cooking/eating? since that's a way to take care of yourself, maybe it would also be helpful to be mindful while doing it. just an idea.

i'm glad to hear you're still willing to give this new therapist a try. it sounds like you're making baby steps, but you're getting there none-the-less!
