Hey kj44! Just responded in your other thread... but now that the question has been answered...

It's ok! Sometimes it just takes some time to gear ourselves up for a new thing. (and as an addendum to the personal story on the other thread... there was some time between wanting to go and actually getting myself to do it, oh yes.... )

Also... here is an idea. Is there anyone who could go with you? Whether to just be moral (or transportation!) support in getting there or even going in with you as a support person? From my experience anyway, this is not uncommon. (and again, with this particular group...) support people are not there to speak, but simply there to be a familiar person as, well, support of something/someone familiar!
