I'm glad your here to talk about your problems like the rest of us here. You're definitely not alone. Far from alone in fact. I can understand what your going through. Whenever I get in that situation I usually just try to listen to my favorite song or and up beat song that usually gets you pumped. And if that didn't work for me I'd try to stop and take a breath and think of all my dreams that I look forward to. Like getting your first car or living in an apartment. Just look forward to things in the future.
