bipolaralone I hope you can give yourself a huge amount of credit for recognizing this and making decisions to keep yourself safe. Hopefully a solution will present itself that allows you to get your coat and get out a bit. Maybe someone will be able to take it and store it someplace for you so that it isn't in your way.
