Jexa, have you ever tried yoga or martial arts classes (and you might have to try a few before you find one that you like just like with Ts )? i've found that they help cultivate mindfulness or at least for the hour or so that you are there, they help you be present in the moment and sort of leave the rest of your life behind. it can be very freeing and empowering.
