I can see you are very agitated and upset. I think the first thing you could probably do is find a really good therapist to help you through the rough times and into a better stronger position.
You can't force people to listen to you and I don't think you should because they'll end up calling the police and you will be even worse off.
Start fresh, work on yourself and get yourself to a place where you are happy and you don't need or, have to have anyone in your life in particular to be whole and happy. Good luck with everything.
