I just am beginning to be able to shut stuff of.It just really caught me off guard.I mean looking back...it has been what I had to do to get through.To numb myself.Like ...I know 100% I have a loving heart.So when I say I turn it off...I mean to survive.I am at the point where the impact of stuff is very small .Only tiny craters. I; since 2000, lost sooo much .Just don't care.
