Theo - the link I gave you....just type it in your browser by hand. Here's instructions how to copy and paste. Highlite the words by holding left click down and you'll see it highlited 'blue'. Keep the cursor on there and right click - you'll see a box that gives you choices - press copy.

When you want to paste what you copied. Put the cursor on it and right click again ....box will come up and you click paste....voila....you've paste what ever you copied.
